Philosophical questions

It starts with open questions that have nothing to do with grades or internships. They show us how you think, what drives you and how you deal with setbacks. There are no right answers, only honest ones.

Questions might look like this:

“Would you rather be mediocre at everything or outstanding at one thing — and why?”
“What would you keep pursuing even if you knew you would fail at it?”
“Who do you feel accountable to when you give up on a goal?”

Call with the team

Next you talk to someone from our team — not an interview, not an assessment, but a real conversation. We want to get to know the person behind the answers and understand what you're hoping to get from the network.

Just as important: you get to know us and can ask anything you want. If it fits for both sides, you move on.

Stage 3 · written · ~10 minutes

Matching questions

Finally, the concrete facts for your matching: your career goal, your current stage, your region and what you expect from your group. From this we assemble a group that truly fits.

As soon as enough matching profiles from your direction are in, we introduce your group to you — and your first coffee chat gets scheduled.

How long does the application take in total?

About 50 minutes, spread across three stages: philosophical questions (written, ~20 min.), a call with the team (~20 min.) and the matching questions (written, ~10 min.). Your answers are saved automatically, so you can pause and continue at any time.

What happens after I apply?

As soon as enough matching profiles from your direction are in, we'll reach out for the call. After that we put your group together, introduce it to you, and your first coffee chat gets scheduled.

Can I apply again if it doesn't work out?

Yes. A rejection is not a final verdict but a snapshot — often it simply means there is no fitting group open for your goal and stage right now. You can apply again later.

Do I need specific grades or internships?

No. With us, personality and mindset decide, not the résumé. The philosophical questions deliberately have nothing to do with grades or internships — what counts is how you think, not what you can show.

Does the application cost anything?

No, the application is free — just like membership: your group, the coffee chats and the community are and will remain freely accessible.
